Introduction:
Can an Interface in java have no defined method



Answer:


   Yes. It is possible to have an interface in java with no defined method.

   These type of interface is called the marker interface in java.

   Example of Marker Interfaces are Serializable ,cloneable etc.

   The use of Marker Interface in to tell the compiler

  To treat the objects of classes implementing these objects differently.
