Introduction:
What is difference between Cursor and Ref Cursor or Cursor variable or dynamic cursor in PL/SQL



Answer:
Ref Cursors also known as Dynamic cursors or Cursor variable

A ref cursor is a reference to a cursor variable.

ref cursor are like pointer which can point to different select statements
at different time while normal cursor can be associated with only one select
statement.

A ref cursor can be returned but normal cursor can not be returned to a client.
